The import window determines how far back in time you can import statements. For example, with a 1-year window, you can import statements from the past 12 months. This is ideal for staying current with your bookkeeping.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
With Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK), you connect your own Claude, OpenAI, or other API keys - this is free but your data goes through third-party providers. With Privacy Pro, we use our own LLM infrastructure where your data never leaves our servers and statements/PII are never saved.
You can either delete older statements to make room, or upgrade to a higher plan with more capacity. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, and your sensitive financial data is never shared with third parties. You can also export and delete your data at any time.
