TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPENSETRACK.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• • Costs of substitute services
• • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Termination
